Double masking

Posted by Sandy Hippo on

Double masking is a good technique to target multiple skin problems at once. Usually we use an exfoliation mask to remove dead skin cells, shrink pore sizes then follow with a nourishing mask to hydrate and protect.

Example 1

  • 15% Fruit Acid Gel Mask - apply thin layer for 5 - 10 mins, then rinse off thoroughly.
  • Whitening Mask - apply evenly for another 5 - 10 mins, rinse off and follow with serum and moisturizer of your choice.

Sometimes we can use a regular mask for the first step masking then follow with a leave-on sleeping mask to heal greater problems like acne scars.

Example 2

  • Whitening Mask - apply evenly for 5 - 10 mins, rinse off with lukewarm water.
  • Milk Peel Sleeping Mask - use as a serum. For drier skin, apply a moisturizer / face oil after the sleeping mask.

Easy and simple at home treatments can save a lot of time and money. Perfect for students or moms.

Love,
Sandy and Hippo
